Traditional

These questions are quite broad. The recruiter wants to know how well you communicate and what kind of colleague you'd make.

Behavioural

The theory behind this type of questions is that a person's past behaviour will be reflected is his future actions. The recruiter will ask about how you handled previous experiences.

Confronting

Confronting questions can sound absurd or even offensive. They are designed to catch you off guard and to test your stress resilience.
